Are You Open For In-Store shopping?
Currently, no we are not open for in-store shopping.
What are your curb-side pick up hours?
For contactless porch pickup, please contact me with a date & time you’d prefer to pick up.
Pick Up Hours:
Thursday-Friday 3PM-7PM
Saturday 3PM-5PM

Do you deliver?
Yes! We offer local deliveries in Cornwall, ON & up to 30km away from Cornwall. If your a bit further away than this, we offer shipping when the weather permits.
How much is delivery?
Local delivery up to 30km away from Cornwall, ON ranges from $7.00-$20.00 depending on your location.
Do you provide shipping?
We ship via Canada Post or UPS. We will package it safely but we do not guarantee your plant once it has been shipped.
What is your privacy policy?
Your privacy is important to us. Your information is not shared with anyone. Your information is only used to pay for your items and to ship/ deliver your order.
Why does my plant look a bit different from the picture on the website?
Plants come in all shapes and sizes and may look slightly different than the ones pictured. We take one reference photo for the website. Chances are you will not be getting the exact one in the website photo.
If I order online for curb-side pickup, how long do I have to pick up my order?
You must pick up your order within 6 pickup days from the time you receive your order is ready for pick up email. If your order is not picked up within the 6 days you will be fully refunded and the plants/items will become available for purchase on the website again. If you would still like to purchase but are aware you can’t pick up within this time please contact me.
My plant has pests, what do I do?
We do not guarantee against pests, as there is always a chance it can occur. We do our best to inspect and take preventive measures for each and every plant that comes into the shop. If you have found pests within the first 7 days, please contact me for an exchange. If you are not within the exchange period, there are several different methods to remove pests. Please send me an email if you would like some assistance.
Pick up options
When ordering from our store you can pick up at our home location in Cornwall, ON. When you check out online with the local pick up option, you will receive an email when your order is ready including instructions for pick up. Local pick up orders will be ready in 0-4 days.
Plant restocks?
We restock the store on an ongoing basis. Follow us on Facebook or Instagram to see when new arrivals hit the shop.
Changes to an existing order
We strive to process and package your order quickly so that we can get your new plant on its way to your home. Any changes to your order must be received within 12 hours of placing your original order to ensure that there is time to make those changes prior to shipping. E-mail changes to info@thepinkplantlady.ca and we will attempt to accommodate your request.
Do you accept consignment items?
We love to support locals and are always looking to add new related items in our store. Please send me an email at info@thepinkplantlady.ca if you wish to become a consignee.
