Shipping Policy

All orders ship from Cornwall, Ontario, Canada.

We currently ship within Canada only.

Each order is carefully packed to help ensure safe arrival of plants, crystals, jewelry, and decorative items.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over $100 CAD (before taxes).

Shipping rates for smaller orders are calculated at checkout based on destination and package size.

Order Processing (Non-Plant Items)

Jewelry, crystals, décor, and accessories are typically prepared within 1–3 business days.

Tracking information is provided whenever available once your order ships.

Live Plant Shipping Schedule

Live plants ship Mondays and Tuesdays only to help prevent packages from sitting in transit facilities over the weekend.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST on Tuesday will ship the following week.

During periods of extreme heat or cold, shipping schedules may be adjusted to protect plant health. If a delay is necessary, we will contact you.

Shipping may be temporarily paused during extreme weather conditions to ensure plants arrive safely.

Delivery Time

After shipping, most orders arrive within approximately 3 business days, depending on destination.

Delivery times may vary slightly based on location and carrier conditions.

Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available in Lunenburg, Ontario.

Pickup instructions will be provided after checkout.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of both the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue quickly.
