Refund policy

We have a 48 hour return policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, you must have photos of the items, a description of why you are unsatisfied and you must have proof or purchase.

Exceptions / non-refundable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or refunded, if it is non-refundable it will be said in the description of items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We will notify you once we’ve inspected your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
